SHIPPING
Items purchased through the shop will be sent to you via Australia Post.
Within Australia, I generally use Express Post as this is fast, reliable and secure.
A signature will be required on collection.
International orders will be sent International Post with Australia Post and a signature will be needed on collection.
All paper prints are packaged in a mailing tube, other products will be carefully packaged and sent in a box or satchel.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Customer satisfaction is my top priority. I hope that you love your purchase and that you are happy with my service. If you are not perfectly happy with the item you purchased then please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order. You will be offered an exchange or a refund, based on the nature of the problem.

Fine art Prints
Fine Art Prints are made using archvial quality paper and inks. They are made to last, however, prolonged direct sunlight will have an effect on the prints. If you are hanging a print in a position where it is hit by direct sunlight for a large part of the day then you might want to consider having it framed with a glass that protects it from UV light. Pure Silk Scarves
Your silk scarf can be hand washed using a mild detergent. Once washed and rinsed, lay the scarf on a towel. Roll up the towel with the scarf in it and then tightly twist the rolled up towel to remove any excess water from the scarf. Unroll the towel, remove the scarf, give it a good shake to remove the wrinkles and then lay it flat on a fresh towel to dry. Alternatively, place it in the tumble drier on a cool temperature. Your scarf can be ironed on a silk setting if necessary. Avoid spraying with perfume as this may cause spotting. If there is anything else you need to know, contact me and I will be happy to help.
